We don’t recommend a “diet.” Instead, we focus on holistic lifestyle change. We recommend a primarily Mediterranean diet that consists of vegetables, fruits, healthy fats, whole grains, lean protein, and limits simple sugar. We encourage you to strive for the following portion sizes at each meal:
■ 1⁄2 plate produce, preferably veggies
■ 1⁄4 plate lean protein w/ healthy fat
■ 1⁄4 plate whole grains
Our program starts with a core 16-week Foundations phase, organized into four areas:
You can then enter the Focus phase for the remainder of the first year (and thereafter, if applicable) to continue building healthy habits.
Yes, all tools that we provide during the program are yours to keep.

Group members can see each other’s photo, first name, hometown, and introduction note. Concerning progress through the program, others in the group can see when a participant last logged in, their lesson completion progress, and a progress bar that measures weight loss as a percentage without sharing actual weight. No one in the group will be able to see your private health information (PHI) such as your weight or last name.
