Adrian believes that user-centered design has enormous potential to improve human health and happiness. Prior to co-founding Omada Health, he led the medical products division of IDEO’s health practice. He holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
Sarah is passionate about building world class finance organizations for businesses that innovate and disrupt the status quo to make the world a better place. Prior to joining Omada, she served as VP of Finance for Silver Spring Networks. She holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Michigan State University.
Wei-Li Shao drives Omada’s rapid channel growth across core market segments including payers, employers, brokers, and other strategic partners. Throughout the course of his career, he has built and led businesses in the United States, New Zealand, Taiwan, and China. Wei-Li holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Maria is responsible for the company’s technology vision and team. She believes in technology driving business innovation at scale. Maria joins Omada with two decades of experience leading technology for consumer-facing, high-availability, data-intensive products across a variety of business sectors. Maria holds a B.S. degree in computer science from San Francisco State University.
Carolyn believes in health technology that is practical, elegant, and has a high impact on patient outcomes. She holds a BA in health policy from Princeton University, an MD from the University of Chicago, and completed Pediatric, Informatics, and Epidemiology training at UCSF where she still sees primary care patients as an Associate Professor.

Prior to joining Omada, Justin served in senior legal positions for software, medical device manufacturing, and biotechnology companies. He holds a JD from
Chris leads Omada’s marketing team and go-to-market activities, with a focus on driving the company’s rapid commercial growth and product expansion. Prior to joining Omada, Chris served as the VP of Strategic Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) Partners for Salesforce.com, where he led teams managing the full partnership lifecycle. Chris holds a BBA from Hofstra University, and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Through two decades of work in Product Management at E*TRADE, Yahoo!, eHealth, and various startups in between, Mike has helped build teams and technology products to meet the needs of hundreds of millions of customers.
