NEBGH Cardiometabolic Health as a Business Imperative

March 26 • New York City, NY

We’re thrilled to join the NEBGH Cardiometabolic Health as a Business Imperative Conference for the first time. This event brings together senior HR, benefits, and healthcare leaders for a strategic conversation on how employers are addressing the growing impact of cardiometabolic conditions through smarter benefit design, innovative therapies, and more integrated models of care.

Our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Thomas Tsang, will be joined by several other thought leaders across the cardiometabolic space for a session called Breaking Down the Silos: Heart, Obesity & Diabetes from 1:25 – 2:10 PM.

This strategic discussion will explore fragmentation across medical, pharmacy, and digital programs — and how employers manage interconnected conditions through separate benefits, vendors, and data streams. We’ll examine why silos persist, what GLP-1 utilization has revealed about integration gaps, and the structural changes employers are considering to build more aligned, integrated cardiometabolic strategies.
